For appointments scheduled to take less than one hour, we kindly offer a 5-minute grace period from the scheduled start time. For appointments scheduled to take over one hour, we offer a 15-minute grace period.
Should you arrive later than the specified grace period, we may need to adjust or shorten your service to avoid inconveniencing our next guest. In some cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment to a more suitable time.
